Payment policy
Rugby Courses:
The deposit is to be paid at the time of booking.
The remainder is to be paid at least 10 days prior to the start of the course, unless a payment plan has been agreed.

Courses in other locations:
The deposit is to be paid at the time of booking.
The remainder is to be paid at the time of booking, unless a payment plan has been agreed.

If a payment plan has been agreed, it remains in place in the event of withdrawal from the course and the refund policy applies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Places on our courses are limited. We understand that participants may need to withdraw from a course for a variety of reasons and we will always do our best to fill your place and offer you as much of a refund as we can. We operate waiting lists for all of our courses and ask you to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.

Rugby courses:
The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable onto another course.
The remainder of the fee is fully refundable.

Courses in other locations:
The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable onto another course.
The remainder of the fee will be refunded:
– in full, if you or Slingababy find someone to take your place
– in half, if a replacement cannot be found.

Cancellation
In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled by Slingababy, we will refund your course fee in full or will transfer you onto the next available course of your choice, if you prefer
