Payment policy
All courses:
The full cost is to be paid at the time of booking, unless a payment plan has been agreed.

If a payment plan has been agreed you will need to pay a deposit to secure the booking and the payment plan remains in place in the event of withdrawal from the course and the refund policy applies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Places on our courses are limited. We understand that participants may need to withdraw from a course for a variety of reasons and we will always do our best to fill your place and offer you as much of a refund as we can. We operate waiting lists for all of our courses and ask you to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.

Star courses:
The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable onto another course.
The remainder of the fee is fully refundable.

Courses in other locations:
The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable onto another course.
The remainder of the fee will be refunded:
– in full, if you or Slingababy find someone to take your place
– in half, if a replacement cannot be found.

All courses:

No refunds will be given within 2 weeks of the course date, unless a replacement for your place on the course is found. 

Cancellation
In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled by Slingababy, we will refund your course fee in full or will transfer you onto the next available course of your choice, if you prefer

CPD & Ongoing Support

As part of the Slingababy Consultancy Course you have access to two CPD days a year, ongoing support via our closed Slingababy Facebook Group and the right to re-attend the consultancy course for a small admin fee.

We reserve the right to withdraw access to CPD, group support or re-attendance at any point.  This will be done at our discretion and only in circumstances where we feel that the integrity of our service may be compromised.

**Depending on the cost of the venue hire in your location, an additional cost per person may be incurred to cover the venue hire cost ( this cost will be spread across any re-attending students contributing on a per day attending basis also) Slingababy will contribute the first £100.00 per day to venue hire in all overseas locations, with the rest being split evenly across course attendees where costs require.
